310-4-30-12D-LCBMA-612 Folger Adam 310-4-X Series Fail Secure Electric Strike for Surface Vertical Rod Exit Devices with Latchbolt & Locking Cam Monitor in Satin Bronze Finish

The Folger Adam 310-4-30-12D-LCBMA-612 series is used for both leaves of a pair of doors when spacing of the vertical rod is between 2-5/8" and 3-3/8". The 310-4-x vertical surface mounted series is designed for heavy duty applications on single or double doors. These electric strike series are certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.31, Grade 1 and all stainless steel construction of this device makes it ideal for high abuse applications. This line of electric strikes will accommodate rim exit devices with a swinging, Pullman style latchbolt.

The latchbolt must be free-latching and remain projected while the door is open. Mechanisms that hold the latchbolt retracted while the door is open, and automatically release it when the door is closed, must be removed or made inoperative.
