310-4S-24D-605 Folger Adam 310-4 Series Fail Secure Fire Rated Electric Strike in Bright Brass Finish
The Folger Adam 310-4S-24D-605 used with rim exit devices with Squarebolt style latchbolts like the Corbin Russwin ED4200S, ED5200S and ED5200SA SecureBolt or the Yale 7150 (F), 7250, 7270M (F) Squarebolt exit devices. The 310-4 is a 3 hour fire-rated, industrial grade electric strike designed for extreme heavy duty applications and provides solutions for 1/2" or 3/4" fire rated rim exit devices. These electric strike series are certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.31, Grade 1. The all stainless steel construction of this device makes it ideal for high abuse applications that would disable other electric strikes. This model has a unique 3/4" faceplate with an integrated 1/4" base shim that can be removed in the field to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" or 3/4" throw latchbolt.
