351-PS-EAB Sargent 351 Series Powerglide Door Closer with Heavy Duty Parallel Arm with Positive Stop in Brass Powder Coat Finish

The Sargent 351-PS-EAB Surface door closers are designed for interior and exterior doors with quality and flexibility to meet virtually every application. Body is constructed of one piece of heavy duty aluminum silicon alloy and package includes high impact, non-corrosive, plastic cover. The 351 Series door closers are adjustable from size 1 through 6 to accomodate various door sizes, wind and draft conditions, and various handicapped requirements. The 381 Series door closers are certified to the ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1 requirements.

Parallel arm application - The 351 closer is mounted on the push side of the door. As the door opens, the closer swings with the door and gives full headroom in the door opening. Other advantages are that the closer arm does not project into the room, the frame can be quite narrow and the door can be swung open much further than in Top Jamb Applications.
