412F-US4 Glynn Johnson 410 Series Medium Duty Concealed Overhead Friction Hold Open in Satin Brass Finish
The Glynn Johnson 412F-US4 410 Series concealed overhead door holder are designed for the medium to light duty applications and provides protection for the door, frame, hinges and surrounding walls and they are ideal for openings that are subject to normal activity. These models offer the industry's widest variety of functions, base materials and finishes to fit all medium to light-duty applications. These versatile models can be used with most surface applied door closers and provided templates allow for variable mounting positions, ranging from 85 to 110 degrees of opening. The 410 series is constructed from stainless steel material and provides durable life and is easy to install.
Friction hold-open models are ideal for patient room doors, wardrobe and closet doors, or similar applications where multiple hold-open positions are desired. The friction tension can be adjusted using an Allen wrench on the slider located in the channel mounted at the top of the door.
