Holdback lock without deadbolt: Latch operated by turning outside key, rotating outside lever only when unlocked by key in inside cylinder, Latchbolt held retracted by turning inside key while holding up on inside lever. Outside lever locked by turning key in inside cylinder. Inside lever can not be locked.
