The Best 45HW7WEU15S606RQE12V Series mortise lock provides toughest electromechanical security for your building. The 40HW series provides a way to lock and unlock the door from a remote location for safety, security, or convenience through an individual switch, switch lock, relay, access control system, or other automatic control system. The Best 40HW series are certified to ANSI A156.13, Series 1000, Grade 1 operation.
WEU - Unlocked - fail secure: Latch operated by Inside and outside lever when power is applied to the solenoid. Inside/Outside key latchbolt is deadlocked by an auxiliary latch. Inside and outside lever locked by removing power from solenoid. Inside and outside lever unlocked by applying power to solenoid; remains unlocked while power is on.
