The Norton 7123SZ-DZ-RH-24VDC-694 multi point closer and holder is used for both interior and exterior applications. Safe Zone uses a multi-point, electromechanical closer and a programmable motion sensor. When the door is opened manually, SafeZone senses movement in the door opening and stops the door from closing. A handicapped person in a wheelchair and elderly person moving slowly, a child who stops to pick up a toy are all safe with the 7100SZ series door closers. At the point when movement is no longer detected, the adjustable setting times out and the door closes. The Norton 7100SZ Series door closer is ideal for theaters, hospitals, doctor's offices and elementary schools. This Safe Zone series are certified to meet ANSI/BHMA A156.15 release devices.
