The BEST 8K Series is constructed of steel or brass to ensure the overall strength and durability of the lock. The Best 8K series are listed by the BHMA for A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 1.

Office Lock: Latch operated by rotating the inside knob, Rotating the outside knob only when inside push button is out, Turning the key in the outside knob. Outside knob is pushing the inside button outside knob, rotating the inside knob. Inside knob cannot be locked.
