The BEST 8K Series is constructed of steel or brass to ensure the overall strength and durability of the lock. The Best 8K series are listed by the BHMA for A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 1.

Entrance lock: Latch operated by Rotating the inside knob, Rotating the outside knob only when the inside push button is out; Turning the outside key. Outside knob locked by pushing the inside button. Inside knob can not be locked.
