Dormitory or Storeroom lock: Latch operated by rotating inside lever, rotating the outside lever only when inside turn button is in unlocked position or turning the key in the outside lever; Turn button must be manually rotated to unlock the outside lever; Outside lever is locked and unlocked by turning the inside button; Inside lever is always unlocked.
