Unit works fine when arrives but when you have to change batteries plan on replacing the whole unit. The first time you remove the screws the cheap plastic will strip out and it will no longer tighten to function.

The digital locks we installed had never had the batteries changed. When the batteries finally died, they had been in there almost 8 years. As one might imagine, the batteries had corroded and leaked battery acid, which in turn corroded the terminals of the battery housings. The battery housings were destroyed! We needed to replace them ASAP. I searched around and LockDepot had the cheapest overall price+shipping. I ordered Next Day at around 4pm and the battery housings were shipped almost immediately. To my surprise, they came with batteries! I was able to install the battery housings immediately and they work great. I have absolutely no complaints about LockDepot - great vendor!
