This device is for a 48" door

The Von Duprin XP98EO-US28-4 series of exit device for all types of single and double doors with mullion is well constructed from heavy gauge rolled steel section with the proven heavy duty touch bar mechanism that has been used so successfully in all architectural grade Von Duprin touch bar devices. The XP98 push pad rim exit device is the economical alternative, incorporating a modern touchbar styling. Touch bar exit devices are mounted on the egress side of the door. A fluid dampener decelerates the pushpad on its return stroke and eliminates most noise associated with exit device operations. A new retrofit kit allows conversion of existing 98 devices into the new XP98 function and thus making higher security an affordable function.
